Why a diagnosis before another fix

What's not included

Implementation. The Blueprint tells you what to build; building it is the sprint, or your own team’s work.

After the Blueprint

The Blueprint is written as a build plan. If you’d like me to build it, we work in focused 90-day sprints: one priority at a time, reviewed each quarter, no long lock-in, and your Blueprint fee is credited toward the first. This is the same Growth System my website clients continue with after launch.

If you’d rather use your own team or another partner, the plan is complete enough to hand over. Either way, you leave with a clear picture and a real plan.

Common Questions

What if you don't find a serious problem?

Then I’ll tell you. The Blueprint will focus on the smaller improvements that remain, and I won’t invent work to justify the fee. It happens, and it’s still useful to know where you stand.

What access do you need?

Read access to your website, analytics, and search console — I’ll help set it up. Nothing on your site changes during the Blueprint.

Our English site is thin, or we only have a Chinese site. Is that a problem?

No. That’s often part of what the diagnosis shows. I assess demand and competitors regardless, and the Blueprint will say what an English presence would need.

Can our own team implement it?

Yes. The Action Plan is written so a capable in-house or agency team can execute it. That’s deliberate.
